Meet Our Team:

Don More Founder, Senior Principal

Don More is the Founder & CEO of Vedantech Advisory, a firm he launched in early 2025 to deliver superior, tailored M&A and financing advisory to cybersecurity leaders. A preeminent cyber banker with over 25 years of experience, Don has executed more than 100 sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions, totaling over $4 billion in value. Prior to founding Vedantech, he led cybersecurity investment banking teams at Lincoln International, JMP, and Signal Hill, and began his career at JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch/Bank of America. Don is a recognized speaker and host at major industry conferences including RSA, BlackHat, Infosec Europe, CyberTech, GISEC, and AWS re:Invent. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Rudy Kumaria

Senior Principal

Rudy Kumaria, based in London, has over 16 years of experience in technology investment banking. He has executed transactions across the TMT sectors at firms including KPMG, JPMorgan, Houlihan Lokey, Greenhill, and Riverside. Rudy holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Carleton College and an MBA from Oxford University.

Hamilton Moore

Principal

Hamilton Moore is a Principal at Vedantech Advisory based in New York. He brings experience from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, where he also played varsity football. Hamilton earned his MBA from Lamar University.

Gyu Choi

Principal

Gyu Choi is a Principal at Vedantech Advisory, based in New York. He brings experience in boutique investment banking and private equity, having worked at Ziegler and Concord Health Partners. Gyu holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and is also a trained master violist.
